Our Team

Mr. Ezra brings a wealth of experience from his years in the industry and his Harvard Business School education in the areas of corporate brand development, strategy, negotiations, marketing, licensing and equity financing.  Starting with the launch of the original dogPACER in 2011 and following up with the “Pet Product of the Year” in the MiniPacer, he has helped place Wag Brands, Inc. firmly on global pet stage. As CEO of Wag Brands, Mr. Ezra leads our team in designing the best pet products that will enrich the lives of our customers and their pets. Mr. Ezra is active within his community and serves on several boards. He has served on the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Review Board for a total of 6 years and has been on the board of directors of the largest bank in the State of Nevada (NSBank.com) for more than 15 years.

Las Vegas Native, Angela Helmuth, always knew she was born with a knack for math and numbers, which brought her into the sales and marketing arena. She has spent the last 9 years involved in marketing: from corporate relations and customer support, international product development, and online/email marketing. This experience coupled with her Harvard Business School education, has given Angela a wide skill set which allows her to increase sales YOY, drive ROI and maintain customer loyalty. As VP of Operations, Angela currently oversees our day to day operations as well as our International partners, new licenses, and factory relationships in China.  If she isn’t working, Angela loves spending time with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs.
