With a 25+ year career, he is known for his dynamic approach to customer-centric bottom-line accountability. His foundation in real estate sales, marketing, and business development has garnered record numbers and international media exposure. In addition, David’s 15+ years in mainland China have provided a deep knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, B2B/B2C, and a unique cultural perspective. Finally, a solid commitment to innovation underpins his corporate finance and organization leadership expertise. This commitment has consistently led him to drive organizations through growth and transformation, inspiring those around him.

A proud alumnus of prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Oxford Business School, Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, and the European Institute of Management (EIM); David has honed a skill set that blends business acumen with a deep understanding of leadership, global finance, operations, emerging technology, and cultural management. With advanced degrees, including a Ph.D., with distinction, in Management, and an MBA, summa cum laude, in Tourism and Hospitality; David’s broad educational background allows him to view challenges from multiple perspectives and design strategies that are effective and provide long-term sustainable growth.

David actively engages in community work, nonprofit organizations, and industry boards, contributing his expertise to impact change positively. His broad range of experiences across different industries underscores his versatility and reinforces his belief in the power of cross-disciplinary collaboration to drive meaningful change.

David is a proud Veteran who has served in the Nevada Army National Guard and the United States Air Force.

Las Vegas Native, Angela Helmuth, always knew she was born with a knack for math and numbers, which brought her into the sales and marketing arena. She has spent the last 15 years involved in marketing: from corporate relations and customer support, international product development, and online/email marketing.

Angela provides exceptional benefit to organizations of all sizes with her deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics. Adding in her 8+ years experience in international trade and experience in Mainland China, Angela has proven time and time again that she knows how to accelerate growth and build long term relationships with suppliers of all different industries.   

From an educational standpoint, Angela holds educational achievements from Oxford Business School, Harvard Business School, and Tsinghua School of Economics and Management.  This well-rounded educational history has given Angela a wide skill set which allows her to increase sales YOY, drive ROI and maintain customer loyalty. As COO, Angela currently oversees our day to day operations as well as our International partners, new licenses, and factory relationships in China. 

If she isn’t working, Angela loves spending time with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs. (Or laying on a beach somewhere…)
