David Ezra – CEO
Mr. Ezra brings a wealth of experience in the areas of corporate brand development, marketing, licensing and equity financing. He leads the team at dogPACER Inc, as one of the top emerging “Pet Lifestyle” companies in the world today. Starting with the launch of the original dogPACER in 2011 and following up with the “Pet Product of the Year” in the MiniPacer, he has helped place dogPACER Inc. firmly on global pet stage. In early 2013, Mr. Ezra along with the dogPACER team was awarded the exclusive licensing rights to the “Sealy Brand” (TPX) in order to develop and launch the Sealy line of dog beds. Michael Feder – Director of Licensing
Born in New York City, Michael performed his undergraduate work at Clark University (Worcester, Mass.). He went to Law School at Tulane University, and then finished his education at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School where he was an MBA Fellow and Dietz Scholar. Additionally, Michael is a creative executive with extensive start-up experience. Angela Helmuth – Vice President of Operations
Las Vegas Native, Angela Helmuth, always knew she was born with a knack for math and numbers, which brought her into the sales and marketing arena. She has spent the last 9 years involved in marketing: from corporate relations and customer support, international product development, to online and email marketing, developing a wide skill set allowing her to help drive sales and recognition. Passionate and driven, Angela is always looking for new and exciting ways to promote and/or help establish an online presence for global brands via different online marketplaces.

Jamie Blaase – Creative Lead
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Jamie always knew she wanted to become an artist. Her love of color and superb eye for detail led her to discover an exciting career in Graphic Design. She graduated Magna Cum Laud from Southern Utah University with a BFA in Graphic Design. Her passion for learning and love of animals led her to discover her home away from home here at IPG.

Bianca DeWeerdt – Social Media Liason
Bianca, was born and raised here in Vegas. Starting out in athletics and moving on to coaching; taught her to find drive and motivation in a team situation. Having grown up with many pets, Bianca has always had a love for animals of all kinds. As the Social Media Liason, she loves interacting with customers, increasing sales and brand exposure and bringing engaging content to all our platforms. Carlo Tinoco – Logistics Coordinator
Born in Manila, Philippines, Carlo is a bilingual Staff Sergeant in the US Army, and has been serving since 2013. Parris Hall – Brand Manager
Since graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in England with a degree specializing in Business Law, Parris has spent most of her time working in sales and marketing development for a variety of distinguished brands, including Range Rover and Sealy. Parris relocated to San Diego in 2010 to further her knowledge of the American legal system, and spent time marketing for the small firm to build the business in her spare time. Bella – CCO (Chief Canine Officer)
Bella joined the dogPACER™ dog treadmill team in 2010 and it was apparent from the beginning that she was the ultimate team player. Bella’s insight into the needs and desires of our users has been invaluable in the success of our organization.
